We do our very best to maintain consistent dyelots and follow industry standards. We do not provide cuttings for approval [CFAs] as it is not possible to track bolts of fabric within our production confines.
We ship using Fed Ex. Please indicate any orders that need to be shipped by a certain date. We request your courier account number for all international shipments. We charge $5.00 for drop shipments. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Products must be returned within 14 days in the original packing in perfect condition.
We charge a 25% restocking fee for returns from our retailer and designer clients. If retailers or designers exchange for new product we will waive the fee.
Consumers are not charged a restocking fee.
Clearance products and yardage are sold as final sale. No returns, no exchanges.
All applicable taxes will be applied to orders within the state of New York unless we are provided with a current resale certificate.
